You can permanently delete your Sugalarm account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, and you can only delete your own account.
This signs you out and erases everything immediately. (Deletion isn't available on a shared kiosk display — use your own signed-in phone or the web app.)
Email support@sugalarm.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify you own the account, then delete it and confirm by reply.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
Account data is deleted promptly when you delete your account (or when we process an emailed request). We do not retain your data after deletion except where required by law. Anonymized, non-identifying operational logs may persist for a short period and contain no personal health information.
